#1 What is One Spices ?
One Spices is Offline & Online store of Rayalaseema Spice mixes & Pickles, serving customers with mouth watering Instant Spice mixes & pickles since 10 years. All our Spice mixes, Spices, Non Veg & Veg Pickles are 100% homestyle recipes with best quality ingredients.
#2 What is the size of the shop required for starting a One Spices Franchisee ?
The minimum size of the shop should be 180 sq. ft. However, the ideal space would be of 220 sq. ft or more.
#3 What is the Franchise Fee?
The Franchise fee is Per Sq. ft Rs.5000.
#4 What are all Includes in Franchise Fee ?
i. Products (Not required to pay extra) We keep filling the stock Based on sales.
ii. Complete interior setup
iii. Billing Machine and Tool
iv. Electrical work (Wiring, Lights, Air condition, etc.,)
v. Counter table & Chair
vi. CCTV security system
vii. Exterior Branding
viii. Digital Marketing Support for 2 Months for specific radius
etc.,
#5 How long is the franchise agreement? Is it renewable?
The franchise agreement is valid for 5 years. At the end of the 5th year, you can renew the agreement by paying 10% of the franchise fee.
#6 Is the franchise fee refundable?
i. If Agreement is for 5 years, Franchise Fee not Refundable.
ii. If Agreement is for 8 years, Franchise Fee is 50% of Amount Refundable.
#7 What are the other initial expenses apart from the franchise fee?
The approximate cost can be anywhere between Rs. 50,000/- to Rs.200,000/- .Shop security deposit (if it is a rented shop) will also be extra.
#8 Will you open a new franchise near already established store? Is there a specified distance between One Spices stores?
Yes There specified distance depends upon area locality and volume of business. We will not open a store at a location, because of which your business will be affected.
#9 What is the process, if an investor is interested to start the One Spices Franchise?
The investor has to pay at least 50% of the Franchise Fee as confirmation. A Letter Of Intent (LOI) will be signed against this amount and a payment confirmation will be given to the investor. The balance amount should be paid within 15 days after signing the LOI. The agreement will be signed at the time of full and final payment. The brand will setup the store with 25 to 40 days. The franchisee has to inform the brand regarding the opening of the outlet at least 10 days before.
#10 Can the franchisee sell in the store, its own Products, other's pickles, and other food items?
No. It is strictly not allowed. The franchisee has to sell all the items of One Spices only.
